About our Training Method
At Kronically Fit, we implement the ACE IFT model to ensure that every client receives a personalized, safe, and progressive approach to their fitness journey. This model allows us to assess each client’s current fitness level and gradually build on that foundation.
It’s divided into two primary components:
Cardiorespiratory Training and Functional Movement and Resistance Training.
For cardiorespiratory training, we follow a three-phase approach—starting with foundational aerobic base training and progressing to intervals that enhance stamina and performance, depending on the client’s goals.
On the functional movement and resistance training side, we begin with stability and mobility work to correct imbalances and improve movement efficiency. Then, we move into strength training, focusing on proper mechanics and gradually increasing resistance. Finally, for more advanced clients, we incorporate high-intensity and power-based training.
The ACE IFT model helps me meet each client where they are and progress them safely and effectively toward their fitness goals, whether it’s for weight loss, strength, or overall health improvement.
About our Nutrition Approach
We are required to follow government guidelines on nutrition. So we offer nutrition education and sample meal plans. We are able to calculate macros to accompany your training and offer meal logging in our app.
If we feel the need, we will refer our clients to a registered dietician.
